Join us for lunch and an engaging session with Sheila Ingle as she shares the story of a Revolutionary War heroine who helped families fight for liberty in the Carolinas. The Midnight Ride of Jane Black Thomas through Laurens County will address a sixty mile ride on horseback in the dead of night through dense forests and rivers in 1780. This was definitely no small feat for a lady in Colonial times.
This event will be hosted at the Gaffney Visitors Center & Art Gallery. Lunch is either bring-your-own or $10 for Boston Annie’s.
RSVP by Wednesday, March 13th at (864) 487-6244 or events@getintogaffney.com
