Community Development Department

The Community Development Department is located on the second floor of the Gaffney City Hall Building. This department provides a variety of services including, but not limited to, building codes and land disturbance permitting and inspections; administrative and technical assistance to the Planning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals, and the Building Code Board of Adjustment and Appeals; Code Enforcement on real properties; Geographic Information Systems (GIS); addressing; and administrative services for City Cemeteries (Oakland and Limestone Cemetery).
